Postdoc at Chennai Mathematical Institute.
About me
I am a postdoc at Chennai Mathematical Institute, mentored by Manoj Kummini. Previously I was a grad student at University of Utah. My advisors are Anurag K. Singh and Srikanth B. Iyengar. My research interests lie in the intersection of Commutative Algebra, Algebraic Geometry and Combinatorics. Particularly, I am interested in determining the F-singularities of algebraic sets and constructing minimal free resolutions of monomial ideals using discrete Morse theory.
Here's a little bit about me. I am from Vietnam and moved to Salt Lake City for graduate school. In my free time I watch cinemas and play board games. My favorite movie is CODA, TV series is Schitt's Creek, and board games are Dead of Winters and Root. My preferred pronouns are he/him/his.
I am on the job market in Fall 2024. Here is my CV, updated October 2024.
My research goal is to have 100 collaborators. Collaborators will be added to this list according to my arXiv history.
